实验室仪器管路系统改造 气路工程集(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong)供(gong)(gong)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)作为气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)体(ti)储存(cun)、调压、输送及供(gong)(gong)应具有以下几个优点:一是集(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong)供(gong)(gong)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)将气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)源(钢瓶(ping))集(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong)在气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)瓶(ping)储存(cun)间,采用管(guan)路系(xi)(xi)统(tong)将气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)送到所需的工(gong)作地点,再将供(gong)(gong)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)终端进(jin)行分流。因此(ci)工(gong)作地点看不到气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)瓶(ping),显得规范、整洁。二是结(jie)构紧凑(cou)、安(an)装(zhuang)方(fang)便、操作简单;三是集(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong)供(gong)(gong)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)更容易进(jin)行监控(kong)。因此(ci)采用集(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong)供(gong)(gong)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)进(jin)行供(gong)(gong)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)更安(an)全、更规范、更可靠(kao)。科望达(da)主要(yao)提供(gong)(gong)氧气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、氢气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、氦气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、氮(dan)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)、乙炔、压缩空气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)等气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)体(ti)的集(ji)(ji)(ji)中(zhong)供(gong)(gong)气(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)系(xi)(xi)统(tong)设计及管(guan)路系(xi)(xi)统(tong)安(an)装(zhuang)。
一、实验室仪器管路系统改造 气路工程技(ji)术(shu)要求
1、气(qi)瓶间
①气瓶间应采用300mm以上(shang)钢筋混凝土防爆(bao)墙,遮阳(yang)防晒,并安装防爆(bao)门,泄露(lu)窗(chuang)。
②室(shi)内地面应有防火花、防静电措施(shi);室(shi)内电气(qi)设(she)备(bei)应具备(bei)防爆功能。
③通风良好,室内应安装排(pai)气扇(shan)。
④可燃(ran)气(qi)体钢(gang)瓶(氢气(qi)、乙炔)与助(zhu)燃(ran)气(qi)体(氧气(qi))应隔开放(fang)置。
⑤气瓶(ping)间要设置报警系统
2、工(gong)作间
①所有管道要统(tong)筹规(gui)划(hua)、集中布置、方便安(an)装、便于(yu)操作、检修(xiu)方便。
②所(suo)有工艺管道要设置(zhi)(zhi)切断阀,并根据(ju)需(xu)要设置(zhi)(zhi)压力(li)表、温度计、流(liu)量计、过滤器和(he)(he)减压阀,阀门(men)和(he)(he)仪表要设置(zhi)(zhi)在(zai)便于(yu)观察和(he)(he)检修的地方。
③可燃气(qi)体管(guan)道要沿(yan)墙明线铺设,方便安(an)装和检修。
④使用钢瓶气管道的(de)设备(bei)台应离墙(qiang)布置,且留出不小于(yu)600mm的(de)检修(xiu)空间(jian)。
⑤氢气管道应采用(yong)(yong)焊接连(lian)接,不能采用(yong)(yong)螺纹连(lian)接和使用(yong)(yong)闸阀(fa)。
⑥供(gong)气系(xi)统采用二级(ji)减压方式进行供(gong)气,气体由15Mpa减到1.5Mpa后再输入到各实验室。
二(er)、用材
1、管(guan)道、球阀(fa)、三通和(he)卡套(tao)均采用316L不锈钢,高(gao)压软管(guan)为不锈钢波纹管(guan),在(zai)高(gao)压软管(guan)的进气端配置单向(xiang)阀(fa),防止(zhi)更(geng)换气瓶时(shi),软管(guan)内的气体外泄,又可防止(zhi)外界(jie)的空(kong)气混入气路(lu)中(zhong),影响气体纯(chun)度(du)。
2、管道系统:所有气体管道均采用B*别(bie)316L不锈钢管,在管路上有过(guo)滤杂质(zhi)和水(shui)分(fen)的(de)装置。
3、管道(dao)的(de)连接:汇排流、终(zhong)端均(jun)采用(yong)卡套连接,便于减压器和(he)阀门的(de)维护(hu)管理。
4、终端(duan):在每台仪器(qi)之前,配置截(jie)止(zhi)阀和(he)(he)二(er)级(ji)减(jian)压(ya)器(qi),截(jie)止(zhi)阀控制每个气路的开启(qi)和(he)(he)关闭,减(jian)压(ya)器(qi)用于显(xian)示和(he)(he)调整(zheng)每个终端(duan)的压(ya)力。
5、气体管道每(mei)间隔1.5米采用管码支架(jia)固定。
6、整个(ge)气(qi)路(lu)安(an)装完毕后(hou),对整个(ge)系统做压力(li)测试,压力(li)24小时后(hou)无下降(jiang)视为(wei)合格。
